neat people vs sloppy people

Neat people are lazier and meaner than others. Sloppy people plan big dreams knowing it can and cannot happen. In the realistic world, neat and sloppy words are often misunderstood or switched up. I think neat people as people who keep their self up and are also clean and very organized. Sloppy people are messy and just don't care.
